Sobre mí

Hi! My name is Ana, and I’m a Spanish and English teacher from Venezuela, currently living in Peru. I have more than 12 years of professional experience in education, communication, and language-related work. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching and have experience teaching students from different ages, backgrounds, and levels.

I’m passionate about helping people learn Spanish in a practical, relaxed, and engaging way. My lessons can focus on conversation, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, listening, or everyday situations, depending on your goals.

I believe that learning a language should be more than memorizing grammar rules. It should give you the confidence to communicate, make mistakes, and enjoy the process. I’d love to help you improve your Spanish while also learning about your culture and experiences! 😊🌎

Experiencia

I have extensive experience teaching English and Spanish, both in traditional classrooms and online environments. I have taught private students since 2013 and have worked as an English teacher in schools, universities, and language centers in Venezuela.

Since 2024, I have also worked as an online Spanish teacher, creating personalized lessons and digital materials for students with different levels and learning goals. I currently teach Spanish online to international students, including Filipino learners, adapting my explanations and activities to their specific linguistic needs.

My teaching experience includes conversation, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, reading, listening, and writing. I use communicative and learner-centered approaches to help students develop both their language skills and confidence.

I also have a Bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching and additional training in virtual teaching, teaching Spanish to foreigners, ESL teaching, emotional intelligence, and educational technology.
