Sobre mí

I'm an English teacher with a CELTA certificate and with experience of teaching in Academies and online. Both have involved teaching both young people and adults. I also hold a UK Nurse registration and 20 plus years experience in that field, which gives me many transferrable skills such as empathy, a person-centred approach, and life-experience which goes beyond teaching. I hold dual Irish/British citizenship and have lived and worked all over the UK. I have been in Asturias for just over one year and came here due to my love of Northern Spain. I completed several routes of the Camino de Santiago some years ago and have always loved this area. I enjoy speaking with different people and learning about their lives and aspirations. I have just published a memoir which is my most recent achievement.
